What's Cookin' this week?

On the menu this week:
Sunday: pork carnitas, caramelized veggies, Brazilian broiled pineapple
Monday: chicken salad rollups, mac and cheese, salad, fresh fruit
Tuesday: unstuffed shells casserole, salad
Wednesday: easy taco pie and Mexican hot chocolate cookies
Thursday: leftovers
Friday: a meal from the freezer, not sure which one yet

On the Oiling/DIY plan:
foaming face wash
peppermint-lavender sugar scrub
lavender-peppermint or maybe lavender-stress away bath salts (haven't decided yet; maybe I'll make both!)
mermaid hair spray
dishwasher detergent
figuring out the correct dilution ratios for my new copaiba-vanilla shampoo and conditioner
